Qdos Homes Ltd have acquired an exciting new development site in Wincanton with outline planning consent for 23 new homes. The development will comprise of a mix of detached and semi-detached houses and bungalows.
The new homes will be built to our usual high specification and further details will be announced early in the New Year.
Full details are being prepared for agreement with the Local Council Planning Department, with an expected commencement on site of late Winter 2019.
It is anticipated that the first properties will be available for occupation late 2020.
