Planning permission has now been received for the development of five homes in the sought after Wiltshire village of Bromham.
An existing cottage is to be remodelled to provide a modern 3 bedroom detached home, together with four newly constructed homes accessed off a private driveway. These properties will comprise of a 3 and 4 bedroom detached, and a 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom semi-detached homes.
The new homes will be built to a high specification using quality materials.
It is anticipated that the properties will be available for occupation in the Spring of 2018.
